By using our site, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old (or have parental permission). Keep in mind that by using this site, you’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy, which is here to keep your info safe.
2. Orders & Payment
We only accept payments through the checkout methods we provide. Once you place an order, it’s locked in. We do reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, or if we made an error with prices or descriptions. If something is wrong, we’ll fix it, but just know that we’re always trying to make sure things run smoothly.
3. All Sales Final
Because most of our items are super limited edition, all sales are final. However, we do have a little flexibility for certain situations:

If we mess something up (like sending the wrong item or something is damaged), let us know within 7 days of getting your package. We’ll try our best to make it right, whether that means sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

If you ordered the wrong size or made another mistake, get in touch quickly, and we’ll see if we can work something out. We can’t promise anything, but we’ll try to be fair and help if we can!
Chargebacks:
Please reach out to us before contacting your payment provider about a chargeback. We’ll work with you to solve any issues, but if you jump straight to a chargeback without talking to us, we will deny the chargeback.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: Depending on the item, it may take 1–10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to ship it out.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number.

International buyers: If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please note that any customs fees or import duties are your responsibility. If a package gets refused or returned, you’ll be charged for the return shipping costs, and we’ll deduct that from any refunds or credits.

Lost Packages: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s not in our hands anymore. If your package gets lost, you’ll need to work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
5. Customer Responsibility
You’re responsible for giving us the correct shipping and billing info. Double-check that everything is right before you hit submit! Once your order’s in, we can’t change it (unless we made a mistake).
If your package gets returned because the address was wrong, we’ll charge you to resend it or offer a store credit (minus the shipping cost). So double-check that address!
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for anything like lost profits, lost data, or anything that might happen from using our products or services. If anything goes wrong, our total liability to you will never be more than the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
7. Indemnification
If something happens because you didn’t follow these Terms, you agree to defend and indemnify us (that means protect us from any legal stuff) from any claims, losses, or costs that come up. This includes when you misuse our site or breach these Terms.
8. Termination
If you don’t follow the rules in these Terms, we may suspend or even terminate your access to the site. We don’t have to give notice, so make sure you’re following the guidelines!
