Returns & Exchanges

Because everything here is super limited, all sales are final. That said, if you picked the wrong size and let us know ASAP, there’s a chance we can fix it before it goes out — emphasis on chance. We’ll do our best to help if we can, but no promises once it's packed and shipped.

If we made an oopsie on our end (wrong item, missing something, etc.), just send us a message and we’ll figure it out together.

Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it's officially out of our hands.
We can’t take responsibility for stolen or missing packages after delivery.

If the post office loses your package during transit (it never gets delivered), you’ll need to contact them directly to file a claim.

Typed the wrong address?
If your package bounces back to us, you’ll be responsible for paying shipping again to have it resent. 
Either way, reach out — if it’s fixable, we’ll help however we can.

Shipping Times

For ready-to-ship items, please allow up to 1–2 weeks for us to pack and ship your order.

Pre-orders will take longer depending on the item — check the product listing or shoot us a message if you're curious about the timeline.
